Please read these Terms carefully before using Zero GPT. By using our AI detection platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using Zero GPT ("the Service," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

  • Zero GPT is an AI content detection platform offering AI Text Detection, Plagiarism Checking, AI Image Detection, Grammar Checking, and AI Video Detection.
  • The Service is available on a free tier (limited scans) and paid subscription tiers — Loupe, Caliper, and Spectrometer — each available on monthly or annual billing. Features and usage limits depend on your subscription level.

3. Detection Accuracy Disclaimer

  • Results, scores, and verdicts produced by Zero GPT are generated through automated analysis. You acknowledge and accept that:
  • Detection results are probabilistic signals, not definitive proof. No AI detection technology can guarantee 100% accuracy.
  • Results may include false positives (human-written content flagged as AI-generated) and false negatives (AI-generated content not detected).
  • Results should never be the sole basis for academic, legal, employment, or other consequential decisions. Apply independent human judgment and corroborate with additional evidence before acting on a result.
  • Zero GPT is not liable for decisions made by you or any third party based on a detection result.

4. User Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information at registration and keep it updated.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Premium features require a paid subscription to Loupe, Caliper, or Spectrometer, billed on either a monthly or annual cycle depending on your selection. Fees are charged in advance, recurring, for the billing period chosen.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fee on each renewal.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via account settings or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access until then.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods (monthly or annual) unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend paid-feature access until resolved; repeated failures may result in cancellation.

6. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; submit content you do not have the right to submit; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-extract data from the platform; share your account with others; or use a detection result to harass, defraud, or falsely accuse someone without independent verification.
  • Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All platform technology, branding, design, and written content on Zero GPT are our intellectual property.
  • You retain all rights to content you submit for analysis. Submitting content does not transfer ownership to us; it is used solely to generate your result, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. No Substitute for Professional or Institutional Judgment

  • Detection results are informational only and not a substitute for the judgment of educators, editors, legal counsel, or other qualified professionals making final determinations.
  • Never treat a Zero GPT result as conclusive proof of academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or content authenticity without independent review.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero GPT and its affiliates, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on a detection result.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting team@zerogpt.live.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; account data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be pursued through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Delaware.
